Mike brings over 30 years of multi-housing experience to CriterionBrock, including executive leadership roles with HD Supply, Wilmar Industries and ez-cross, Inc. He is a graduate of Towson University and continues his executive education at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Jack has over 30 years of leadership experience in services and materials, including executive positions in both private and public companies. His 6 years at CriterionBrock have brought significant growth and continuous improvement in sales and operations. Jack is a Materials Engineering graduate of Drexel University and holds an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Ana has held CFO roles with US Bancorp Equipment Finance and Irwin Commercial Finance, as well as CriterionBrock. In addition, she has over 20 years of financial leadership experience with US Bank and Deloitte & Touche. Ana earned an MBA from Portland State University and is also a CPA

Kerri has more than 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing flooring industry and has been with CriterionBrock for over 10 years in numerous leadership roles. She holds a BA from Arizona State University. Kerri is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Grant has over 8 years of experience as a flooring provider in the multi-housing industry, with management roles in both Sales and Operations at CriterionBrock. Grant holds a BA in Finance from Linfield College.

Sue has more than 26 years of Human Resources leadership experience with Nike, Dr. Martens, Quadra, Via Training, Roberts Motor Company and CriterionBrock. She attended Portland State University and holds professional certificates in Human Resources Management and Executive Human Resources Management.

Deb has over 30 years of strategic marketing experience, including leadership roles with General Mills, United Telecom, Sprint, McKinley Marketing Partners, Freightliner and CriterionBrock. She earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
